Studio Policies

Good to know
before you visit.

Before your appointment, please take a moment to read through the studio policies below. These are in place to ensure every client receives the best possible experience.

Booking Deposit

A £40 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please make your deposit within 4 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this time, your slot may be released to another client — please contact me to confirm availability before making a late payment.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments are confirmed by text or email. If you haven't received confirmation within 48 hours of booking, please get in touch as soon as possible to ensure your appointment is secured.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a £40 fee. This must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

No Shows & Late Arrival

Missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the service. If your appointment is shortened due to late arrival, the full service price will still apply.

Infill Appointments

Infills are available when 40–50% of lashes remain and the appointment is within 3 weeks of your last visit. Appointments beyond 3 weeks will be charged as a full set.

Changing Your Lash Set

If you'd like a removal or wish to change to a different style — including a more dramatic volume set — please let me know in advance. Unfortunately I'm unable to accommodate style changes on the day without prior notice.
