Do I need a patch test?

Yes — if it's your first appointment with me, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your treatment. Please get in touch to arrange this.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions typically last 3–4 weeks with proper aftercare. Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking their best.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean lashes — free from mascara, makeup and oils. Avoid caffeine before lash appointments as it can cause eye fluttering. For facials, arrive with a clean face.

How do I book a facial appointment?

Facial appointments are booked directly with me via WhatsApp or email. I'll help you choose the right treatment for your skin before confirming your booking.

Where are you based?

I'm based in Golders Green, NW11 — just 3 minutes from Golders Green tube station. The studio is home-based and full details will be sent upon booking confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfer and cash. A £40 deposit is required to secure all appointments, with the remaining balance due on the day.
